In 1926, U.S. Route 66 was established, passing through Victorville. Today, the famous route – known as America’s Mother Road – is the primary road through Old Town Victorville, forming Seventh Street.

Victor Valley is comprised of the cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Adelanto and the town of Apple Valley in San Bernardino County.

Victor Valley has a lot going for it – a strategic location; market access via highways, air, rails and ports; lower operating costs than most of California; and one of the most affordable housing markets in the West.
